Why Your Hormones Aren’t Balanced & How You Can Balance Them Naturally

A lot of people in the world suffer from hormonal imbalance. This is a condition in which the body produces an excess or deficiency of certain hormones, which can lead to a number of unpleasant side effects. Hormone imbalance is caused by a number of different factors, including environmental toxins and stress. It can also be brought on by poor diet and lack of exercise.

I am going to share with you exactly how I balance my hormones naturally. If you suffer from any of the issues I mentioned above or want to maintain a healthy hormone balance, then this article is for you!

Signs and symptoms of hormonal imbalance:

  • Irregular periods (in women)
  • Low sex drive
  • Unexplained weight gain
  • Infertility
  • Insomnia
  • Bloating
  • Mood swings
  • Issues with thyroid
  • Stress
  • Diet
  • Birth control

Now, to truly find out if you have some sort of hormonal imbalance, you’re best off getting a blood test. You may also include an ultrasound of your thyroid or uterus and ovaries.

After finding out what your hormones are like, it is time to start balancing them out again and fitting into perfect harmony. You can try things like:

  • Eating enough protein at every meal
  • Engaging in regular exercise (does not have to be super intense)
  • Avoiding sugar and refined carbs
  • Consuming more healthy fats
  • Avoid overeating AND under-eating
  • Eat more fatty fish (or use a fish oil supplement)
  • Getting a good night’s sleep

If you’re suffering from hormonal imbalance, it might be time to get your hormones checked. Hormones can play a significant role in overall health and wellness.
