Health and Wellness Coaching

Guiding women in midlife who are navigating the hormonal changes that occur during menopause and perimenopause. Those hormonal changes often result in hot flashes, night sweats, chronic fatigue, poor sleep or insomnia, mood swings and brain fog, stress, depression, anxiety, emotional eating and unexplained weight gain.

Through coaching, I work together with clients to co-create diet and lifestyle strategies to support better thyroid function, or to manage symptoms of insulin resistance, PCOS, Endometriosis, Uterine Fibroids, and Estrogen Dominance more effectively. Because hormone imbalances can often impact metabolic health, gut health, digestive health, weight management, and other health conditions, I provide them with guidance and support as they embark on a journey to optimize their health, reclaim their vibrant self, and improve their quality life.

Intimacy and Relationship Coaching

Sometimes achieving a better quality of life also includes exploring deeper needs for love, connection, intimacy and expression. When intimate, hormones that promote bonding and relaxation are released and help to keep you connected with your partner. Intimacy is not just about positions and orgasms.  It’s so much more than that.  But when women reach midlife, it can be difficult to embody your sensations and emotions, and to feel the connection between your own body and your partner. There are a number of reasons why this might be the case, which we would explore. 

We could work together to explore pathways into experiencing pleasure more fully, by cultivating a deeper connection to your body, your emotions, and your core desires.  We could also work together with your partner, or solely with you, to strike the delicate and ongoing balance of creating a space of safety that enables mutual vulnerability and mutual authenticity with being true to oneself in the relationship.

These are just a few ways in which we could work together to encourage intimate and emotional connection to yourself and your body, and to your partner.

Aging does not diminish our power, our energy, and our quest for life, but reshapes it with new understandings, goals, and needs.
